DESCRIPTION:<strong>COPPS STREET DEFENSE, 1<sup>ST</sup> PROGRESSION – 1 MONTH PROGRAM</strong>\n\n<em>Counter Offensive Personal Protection System</em>\n\n<em>A Personal Defense System Linking Martial Arts and Firearms Training</em>\n\nThe <strong>COPPS</strong> program is a continuous program of Self Defense broken down into several levels known as progressions.  This is the first in a continuing series of progressions.  Completion of the 1<sup>st</sup> Progression Certification takes about 1 month of classes, 1-2 times per week.  The classes are 1-2 hours in length and some of the sessions involve firearms training, as COPPS covers all aspects of street defense.  In the 1<sup>st</sup> Progression you will learn:\n<ul>\n 	<li>Basics to include Stances, Footwork, Blocks, Parries, Strikes and Kicks</li>\n 	<li>Reaction Drills</li>\n 	<li>Stick/Impact Drills, Strikes, Defenses and Disarms</li>\n 	<li>Filipino Energy Drills</li>\n 	<li>Various Locks and Holds</li>\n 	<li>Self Defense</li>\n 	<li>Offensive Techniques</li>\n 	<li>Ground Defense</li>\n 	<li>Some Firearms Training</li>\n 	<li>Much More!</li>\n</ul>\nThe COPPS System is based on Martial Arts (Kenpo, JKD, Trapping, Grappling, ect…) but will link into firearms training as well, should the student desire to do so. (optional)\n\nClass Starts at 7pm, 1.5-2 hours.  The dates are as follows: October 15, October 23, October 29, November 3.\n\nIf we need the classes will be re-scheduled as the group develops  until the 1<sup>st</sup> progression is completed.\n\nEquipment required to get started:\n<ul>\n 	<li>1 Pair, Kali/Escrima Sticks</li>\n 	<li>Athletic Shoes and Clothing</li>\n 	<li>Groin Protection</li>\n 	<li>Mouthpiece</li>\n</ul>\nThis class is physically demanding, Martial Arts style training.  You will improve fitness, flexibility, reaction time and overall health and awareness.  Please notify us of any injuries and utilize proper protection.\n\n<em>Tim Bulot has over 50 years’ experience in the Martial Arts and over 40 years in Law Enforcement!  In this class we link this lifetime knowledge together to bring you this exciting program!</em>\n\n<strong>COST:  150.00</strong>, 1<em> MONTHS TRAINING (Approx. 4 classes x 1.5 - 2 hrs ) LIMITED TO 12 STUDENTS</em>
