- Theory session – enviromental considerations
- Categories of attack
- High stress phenomenen
- Weapons and equipment
- Patrol unit, prep for duty
- Pistol range drills
- Rifle range drills
- Two man vector drill – pistol/ rifle
- Open Air
- Suspect behind hard cover
- Weapons and equipment for high risk partol
- Vehicle hard point
- Shooting from vehicle cover positions – pistol/rifle
- Shooting from vehicle interior
- Vehicle shoot on the move
- Night lab
- Classroom
- Flat Range – Rifle/Pistol
- Vehicle Range
- Counter Ambush
DAY TWO
- Room entry tactics theory
- Small unit tactics theory
- One man covert entries
- Two man covert entries
- Two man dynamic entries
- Two man movement to the objective
- Counter ambush/immediate action drills
- FTX
- Final exam/graduation/range cleanup
LIST OF REQUIREMENTS
- (optional) Plate carrier/Swat gear/Chest rig
- Duty belt and holster
- Duty pistol, 3 magazines, 300 rounds
- Duty Rifle, 3 magazines, 300 rounds
- Weapon mountable lights
- Handheld light
- Mag pouches for rifle/pistol
- Tac sling for rifle
- Eye/ear protection
- Food and water for long range days
- Duty ballistic vest (if not using plate carrier)
